Return and Exchange Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are damaged (not due to shipping) or used.

Return and Exchange Process:

  2. Customer service will provide a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

  3. Return the item along with the return authorization number. Return shipping is covered by Luckseller/the customer.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment platform.
